Everything we brew starts with highland spring water, organic grain, and hops we grow on our own south-facing slope. No filters, no preservatives, no nonsense.
The lineup that's always on tap and always in the cooler. These are the beers we built our name on.
West coast hops meet highland spring water. Citrus forward with a piney backbone that finishes clean and dry. Dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial from our own hopyard.
Crisp, clean, and light as the mist rolling off Bras d'Or Lake at dawn. Brewed with organic Maritime barley and lagered for six weeks in our cold cellar. Our best-selling session beer.
Rich, velvety, and roasted with locally sourced oats from PEI. Notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and a hint of molasses. Best enjoyed by the wood stove on a cold Cape Breton evening.
Tart, fruity, and refreshing. Brewed with wild blueberries foraged from our hillside and a touch of sea salt. Kettle-soured for a clean tang without the funk.
Balanced, approachable, and sessionable. Tropical fruit notes from Citra hops over a biscuity malt base. The gateway beer for friends who say they don't like craft beer.
Smooth, malty, and warming. Brewed with organic chocolate malt and a touch of vanilla bean. Lower ABV than the stout — perfect for a second (or third) pint around the fire pit.
Small batches brewed when the season and the ingredients are right. Once they're gone, they're gone — until next year.
Brewed every May with fresh spruce tips harvested from our property. Bright, herbaceous, and slightly resinous with a dry peppery finish from Belgian yeast. A Walk in the Woods original.
Hazy, bright, and banana-forward with clove undertones. Brewed with 60% organic wheat and a traditional Bavarian yeast strain. Best poured on the patio at sunset.
Malty, caramel-forward, and toasty. Brewed with Annapolis Valley apples and autumn spices. Released every September for Thanksgiving season.
Big, bold, and aged in bourbon barrels from a Nova Scotia distillery. Rich espresso, dark fruit, and oak char. Released in limited 650ml bottles every December.
Same organic ingredients, same care — just without the buzz. Designated drivers and dry-January folks, we see you.
Hoppy, citrusy, and full-bodied despite the missing ABV. Brewed full-strength then gently dealcoholized to preserve flavour. You'd never know the difference.
